Matabak Crust
  • 300 g high protein flour
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 ml hot water
  • 1 tsp salt
Gravy Ingredients
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 5 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
Martabak Stuffing Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 3 stalks of celery, sliced
  • 100 g beef rendang, shredded
  • 5 green chilies, sliced
